- Thorough agreement preparation (at no cost to you).
- Ensuring that the tenants are well informed as to what is expected of them under the Tenancy Agreement.
- Prompt rent collection with strict arrears control.
- Property inspections at regular intervals to ensure its continued well being (no charge for inspections).
- Collect a bond and forward it to Tenancy Services.
- Organise repairs and maintenance according to your instructions. For major repairs we will obtain quotes for you and get your permission before the work is carried out.
- Provide you with monthly/yearly computerised rent statements for your accounting records.
- When the property becomes vacant, ensure it is left in good order before signing the bond release. We then re-let to the owners specific request.
- The above services are available to property owners for a fee of 7.5% plus GST.
