Like Mt Eden, Herne Bay initially grew by osmosis as locals recognised our brand of business, and wanted
it. Some initial forays into the area were spearheaded by Wayne Bulog, one of the areas most respected
sales agents.
Quickly establishing a team around him, Wayne became our manager and together we have developed a
real presence in this vibrant part of Auckland. In recognition of the special nature of Herne Bay and the
fast emerging adjacent suburbs, we wanted to create a unique presence. Consequently, in recent times we
purchased our own place 162 Jervois Rd and have just completed the rebuilding and refurbishment of this
historic building.
The spaces are again designed to not just provide effective work space, but more so an environment
where clients can sense our commitment to excellence and our desire to provide a Real Estate experience
that goes beyond selling.
