We love the area - the Village and the sense of 'family' that the Village provides. From our Remuera base, we began fielding inquiry from the Mt Eden residents as they heard from their friends about the alternative to the 'large company/franchise approach' to selling homes.
In 2000, we began our business in Mt Eden from a 2 bedroom unit. Things quickly developed to the point where we needed to find new premises.
You could imagine our excitement when as a BNZ customer we received a letter informing us they were closing their Mt Eden branch. After some investigation and negotiating, this time on the other end of the Sale and Purchase Agreement we became the proud new owners of 435 Mt Eden Rd.
With the help of Crosson Clarke Carnachan Architects, we completed an extreme makeover and now we're 'UP' and running in what has been recognized as an icon building in the Mt Eden village. We feel privileged to be part of this thriving family atmosphere, where increasingly families come and stay.
